You like the s5? I was thinking about trading in my s3 this spring for a 5 once the price drops when the 6 comes out. But I still really like my s3... That pic looks really nice - especially for a close up.

That's exactly the upgrade I made. I love the S5, but it's more evolution than revolution. It's not so much different as it is just more everything. The biggest thing for me was the IP67 water/dust resistance that the S5 has, and little things like the fingerprint scanner and IR blaster are nice touches as well.

That's very nice - but I can't switch because once in while I get my GF's iPhone discard for free, so I have my loyalties. Bought my current 5C, use it with a Sony Zeiss attachable lens.

Damn, that's good.
I'm gonna try to use my winter break to develop some level of aptitude for photography; hopefully I can get some better shots out of my Note II and whatever phone that I replace it with next summer/fall.

And I thought my LG G3's camera was good. It could just be that I'm not using it to its full potential, though, since I'm not exactly a skilled photographer.

I got an S5 as well, and I'm loving it.
iPhones just look like toys in comparison.
